Southcentral Foundation Alaska Subspecialty Pediatric Network
APS is excited to announce our partnership with Southcentral Foundation’s Alaska Subspecialty Pediatric Network, offering pediatric endocrinology and diabetes services to children regardless of Indian Health Services status within the entire state of Alaska.
Southcentral Foundation’s Alaska Subspecialty Pediatric Network has a team of three pediatric endocrinologists, a nurse, a dietitian and diabetes educator, and additional case management support. Talk to your primary care provider to determine if a referral to pediatric endocrinology is appropriate.

How to Refer a Patient:
To refer a patient to ASPN Endocrinology and Diabetes with SCF, please:
- Fax a referral form, including relevant patient demographics and medical history, to: 907-729-5425.
- Alternatively, call our office directly at 907-729-6210 to discuss a referral or if you have any questions about our services.
